What we collectإيه اللي بنجمعه

Contact details — if you write to us or use the contact page: your name, email, phone, and message. Nothing more than what you type.بيانات التواصل — لو بعتّلنا رسالة أو استخدمت صفحة التواصل: اسمك وإيميلك وتليفونك ورسالتك. مفيش حاجة أكتر من اللي انت كتبته.

Project & client material — documents, drawings, and data you hand us as part of an engineering engagement. These are treated as confidential professional records.مستندات المشاريع والعملاء — أي مستندات أو رسومات أو بيانات بتسلمهالنا ضمن تعاقد هندسي. دي بتتعامل كسجلات مهنية سرّية.

Technical basics — your language preference (Arabic/English) is stored in your own browser only, and our server keeps standard access logs. We run no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics cookies.أساسيات تقنية — تفضيل اللغة (عربي/إنجليزي) بيتحفظ في متصفحك انت بس، والسيرفر بيحتفظ بسجلات الدخول القياسية. مفيش أي تتبع إعلاني ولا كوكيز تحليلات من طرف تالت.

What we never doاللي عمرنا ما بنعمله

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not use it for advertising. Client documents are never shared with anyone outside the engagement they belong to, except where Egyptian law requires it.ما بنبيعش ولا بنأجّر ولا بنتاجر ببياناتك، ولا بنستخدمها في إعلانات. مستندات العملاء عمرها ما بتتشارك مع حد خارج التعاقد بتاعها، إلا لو القانون المصري ألزمنا.

How it’s protectedإزاي بتتأمّن

All traffic to this site is encrypted (HTTPS/SSL). Records live in access-controlled cloud databases where every internal tool has only the minimum permission it needs. Staff tools are gated behind private authenticated links, and credentials are kept server-side only — never inside a web page.كل الاتصال بالموقع مشفّر (HTTPS/SSL). السجلات محفوظة في قواعد بيانات سحابية بصلاحيات محدودة، وكل أداة داخلية ليها أقل صلاحية تكفيها. أدوات فريق العمل وراء روابط خاصة مؤمّنة، وكل المفاتيح على السيرفر فقط — مش جوه أي صفحة.

Engineering recordsالسجلات الهندسية

Soil reports, lab results, and project files are engineering records. Professional practice requires us to retain them as the bureau’s archive — they are what makes results verifiable decades later. They remain confidential to their client and project.تقارير التربة ونتائج المعمل وملفات المشاريع سجلات هندسية. الأصول المهنية بتلزمنا نحتفظ بيها في أرشيف المكتب — لأنها اللي بتخلي النتائج قابلة للمراجعة بعد عشرات السنين. وهي فضلاها سرّية لصاحبها ومشروعها.

Your rightsحقوقك

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (engineering records we are professionally required to keep are the exception). Email assist@mab-egypt.com and we will respond promptly.من حقك تسأل إحنا محتفظين بإيه من بياناتك الشخصية، وتطلب تصحيحها أو حذفها (باستثناء السجلات الهندسية اللي الأصول المهنية بتلزمنا بحفظها). ابعت على assist@mab-egypt.com وهنرد عليك بسرعة.
