Reports & intellectual propertyالتقارير والملكية الفكرية

All site content — text, design, imagery, the projects map — belongs to the bureau. Engineering reports are issued to a named client for a named project: they may not be altered, and a report is official only when issued by the bureau, carrying its stamp and the consultant engineer’s signature.كل محتوى الموقع — النصوص والتصميم والصور وخريطة المشاريع — ملك المكتب. التقارير الهندسية بتصدر لعميل مُسمّى ومشروع مُسمّى: ممنوع تعديلها، والتقرير مش رسمي إلا لما يصدر من المكتب بختمه وتوقيع المهندس الاستشاري.

Acceptable useالاستخدام المقبول

Do not attempt to access restricted areas (client portal, staff tools, intake systems), probe or overload the site, scrape its data, or impersonate the bureau. Access attempts on protected tools are logged.ممنوع محاولة الدخول للمناطق المقيّدة (بوابة العملاء، أدوات فريق العمل، أنظمة الرفع)، أو فحص الموقع أو إغراقه، أو سحب بياناته آلياً، أو انتحال صفة المكتب. ومحاولات الدخول على الأدوات المحمية بتتسجل.
